Job Description
Essential Functions
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Manage large amounts of incoming call
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Handle changes in policies or renewals
- Working on CRM system which related to courier services.
Skills
Required Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration/ sales/ marketing/ or any related field, with 3-7 years experience in similar field.
- Previous experience in courier & shipping services company is a big advantage.
- Proficient and excellent command in reading, writing, and speaking of English.
