Dry Mix Production Line Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dry Mix Production Line Operator to operate and monitor dry mix production equipment, including batching systems, mixers, conveyors, and packing machines. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production of cement-based and dry mortar products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dry mix production lines and packing machines.
• Prepare, weigh, and load raw materials according to approved formulations and production schedules.
• Monitor batching, mixing, and packing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Verify raw material quantities, batch numbers, and production parameters before and during production.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance activities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions or production abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and daily output logs.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of mixers, hoppers, conveyors, and packing equipment.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Support inventory control activities and proper storage of raw materials.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team members to achieve daily production targets.

• High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating dry mix, mortar, cement, powder processing, or similar production lines.
• Experience with batching, mixing, and packing equipment is preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read production instructions, batch sheets, and operational procedures.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks when required.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when needed.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift operation experience (advantageous).
• Familiarity with construction chemicals, dry mortar, or cement-based products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
