Job Description
Trust Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and WPS requirements
- Maintain payroll records, reports, and employee data
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on payroll matters
- Manage leave balances, overtime calculations, and end-of-service benefits
Skills Description
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of Qatar payroll regulations and WPS
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems such as MenaItech
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
