ACEC Group is a dynamic organization seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of Bayt Al Baraka Holding in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Bayt Al Baraka Holding is a conglomerate consisting of six subsidiary companies operating in diverse sectors.
Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Cash Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Implement effective treasury and cash management practices.

Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team to optimize performance and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Skills Description
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in KSA for at least 7 years.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, KSA's tax regulations, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software, ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driving License
